At the outset a lottery game played only across Europe, the EuroMillions is now also open to players outside the European states. It consists of 50 numbers where players will opt for their first five numbers from 1 to 50 and the next two numbers referred to as the “lucky stars” from 1 to 9. And in Paris, France the first lottery draw took place on Friday, February 13, 2004.
